A Passion for Beauty, Built Over 13+ Years
Artistry Academy was founded by Sami, whose journey in beauty began in high school — not in a classroom, but in a salon, with scissors in hand and an instinct for artistry that couldn't be taught.
After years of honing her craft in Nepal, Sami moved to Australia where she managed a premium beauty salon, trained under industry leaders, and achieved Australian-standard certifications in permanent makeup, brow artistry, and lash extensions.
In 2015, she returned to Kathmandu with a clear vision: to bring international-standard beauty services and education to Nepal. What began as a small studio in Lazimpat has grown into one of Kathmandu's most sought-after beauty destinations — with a training academy that has welcomed students from Nepal, Australia, India, and beyond.
